Student OS is a study app for students. It helps you understand your course material by answering questions about it in your own words, then keeps what you learned in memory with flashcards and spaced repetition.

## Features

- Questions from your material: Upload PDFs, Word documents, or PowerPoint slides and get study questions generated from them.
- Explain it in your own words: Answer in your own words and get feedback on which ideas your answer covered and which it missed.
- Work through the gaps: Follow-up questions target what your answer missed.
- Flashcards: Write your own cards or generate them from your material, and keep the ones you want.
- Spaced repetition: Your review history schedules each card to come back at the right time.
- Study planning: Notes, tasks, boards, a calendar, and focus sessions sit alongside your study material.

AI generation and answer checks count towards the plan's weekly allowance. AI can make mistakes, so students should check its output against their material.

## Pricing

- Free: 8 resource uploads a week, 100 MB of storage, and unlimited notes, cards, and reviews. No credit card, and it does not expire.
- Pro: €4.99 a month. More uploads a week, 5 GB of storage, and higher weekly AI allowances. Cancel any time.
- Downgrading never deletes anything, and notes, cards, and files can be exported on either plan.
